It’s a travelin’ time of year. No matter where you may be headed, here’s a tip that’ll make packing—and unpacking—a little less painful: Use plastic drinking straws to keep jewelry from getting tangled during your journey. Simply unclasp the necklaces or bracelets you plan to take with you, thread the chain of each one through a straw, and refasten the clasps (you may need to trim the straws down a bit) to ensure that your bling arrives knot-free.
