Apple of my eye - SOLD
Don't you think the olive quartz pendant resembles a green apple, the gold leaf filigree an apple leaf and the 14K gold chain the apple stem? I simply couldn't resist fiddling with my tools and beads even though I have an assignment due tomorrow. The temptation of the olive quartz was too strong and I succumbed to it. My brother thinks the leaf doesn't go, I feel that there's something lacking, but yet I thought it looks good. Ah bother. How about you let me know in the comments section? I have a pack of charms arriving from the US next week, maybe that'll complete this "apple" and become your favourite.

Sharlene - SOLD
Sharlene turns hematite heart beads into a funky creation with a white pearlescent shell bead. All this without being too kitschy, especially when it comes to hearts. For the fun loving girl who knows her personality is more than enough to stand out. A perfect complement.
Alexis - SOLD
Ceramic beads with handpainted 5-petal flower motifs dance with black marquis glass beads that inspires elegance and casual chic.
Caroline - SOLD
Caroline is cool with grey mother of pearl squares and hematite oval donuts. Caroline slinks between the world of black and white with fluid ease.
Michelle - SOLD
Gold acrylic and mod green acrylic beads squeezes a hematite bead in between the two of them. But there is no unhappiness between them as they still look a picture of class and elegance. Must be the snobbish uppity thing between the social elites. Can't let the rivalry turn them into uglies.
Elaine - SOLD
Elaine is the queen of queens. The dainty, the pretty, the gracious and the elegant all rolled into one. Definitely adds a huge dose of class to whatever you are wearing. Carved rose quartz roses and diamond amazonite hoops.

Sharon - SOLD
Atop honey jade marquises is a bountiful harvest of red line agate and peach aventurine rounds. Sharon blesses you with bountiful harvests in you work and social life. We all love a blessed year ahead of us.
Peachie - SOLD
Peachie is a pet name for the two little cute rose quartz piggies. Topped with peach aventurine rounds which does resemble the skin tone of pigs. Irresistable pair of darlings. One piece only. Peachie is about 2.5cm long while the little pigs measure about 1.5cm wide. A petite pair without snorting for attention.
Carol - SOLD
A jumble of mixed beads in this warm toned necklace, just right for the chinese new year, although a tad slow. My apologies. Carol is a mix of acrylic and glass beads, faux pearls and mother of pearl donut, interspersed with gold plated spacer beads. Total length, 20inches.
Louise - SOLD
Louise goes island hopping in her yacht and brings back a harvest of pearls and mother of pearl squares. The yacht in a goldplated hoop measures 3.5cm while the treasures that Louise harvested measures 2.5cm. Lengths, exclude earhooks.
Lilianna - SOLD
Lilianna tops the classy rose quartz marquis beads with a sweet milky pastel blue pinched glass nuggets. The blue nuggets are slightly misrepresented, as they've absorbed more colour than usual. I will try my best to take a better shot of the blue nuggets. Lilianna measures 4cm in length, excluding earhooks.
Qiu Ling - SOLD
Qiu Ling is a good friend of mine who came down to visit me with a surprise in hand. As a tribute to her sweetness, I've made a girlish pretty pair of earrings in her name. Milky white czech pinched glass nuggets and pastel blue faceted briolette. Simple as she is, she never fails to light up your face whenever you see her. Qiu Ling is a petite girl standing at 3cm, without her hair extensions (earhooks).

Chinese New Year Outing
As my mom suggested, to wear out my stuff and be a walking advertisement, here's a one time only show of my little advert. I'll subsequently put up a picture of me wearing everything together, hopefully I get a good photog who takes a flattering shot of me and my works. Heh.
From head to toe:
A lovely bag charm to dress up my little koyak clutch. I love the black onyx that turns this piece looking so classy, along with the white and gold glass beads and faux pearl.

Closure & New Beginnings
This bazaar has been really wonderful as I made new friends, met lovely fellow addicts and just pushing this little venture a little further and reaching out to more fellow addicts. It's also very heartening to hear your compliments and comments as it does aid in my design work, knowing what I'm doing well and what I'm not. And I really wish to thank all of you for your kind support. It's been a really amazing albeit tiring week. I'll be putting up designs that I've made over the course of the next few days as well. Just need to get everything sorted out proper. Last but not least CNY is just round the corner and I wish all of you a wonderful and prosperous chinese new year!

Low Production
Yep not much production today as I was busy studying for my exams tomorrow, teaching some basic jewellery work (practice makes perfect dear!!) and...... making a stickman with wirework. It sure took me a really looooong time to get it done. But I must say the sense of satisfaction is really immense, although I'll still stick with beads and stones.
Hope you like this photo of the day. =)

1st trip to town
So this is what we look like at B1 of Cineleisure. If you spot my cheery tablecloth say Hi!! I love my tablecloth, don't you think it's so happy. Haha. Hey I did spend my last few dollars on it and I'm glad I made the right choice. It's been fun meeting people, and some very, very sweet customers. So the last thing I wish for tonight is 7 hours of sleep. Oh happy weekends!

On-the-Spot Customizations
Frankly speaking I remember typing a post at 4am earlier saying that we'll be having on-the-spot customization services, but it seems to have disappeared. Anyway yes good news on that, also do pardon me if email communications may be slower than usual as I'm not always right next to the computer. But i will still reply the emails that come in as fast as I can so as not to neglect you peeps who've supported me online. =) In the meantime a peek at my bags.
All packed and ready to go! See ya!

Peek over the wall
This is where ideas are incubated and nurtured. It is also where I abandoned half baked ideas simply because my eyes were seduced by another enchanting bead. If you catch a glimpse on the left corner with a beige-brown drawer, you'd see where I hang earrings half completed, earrings completed but lining up to take their mugshots. This is also where I stare at beads and tear my hair out when inspiration runs dry. It's seen my fair share of joy, upon completing a pretty pair of earrings or bracelet or necklace, my laziness, how it's always in perpetual mess, this is an exception it's usually waaaay messier than this. It's also seen my desperation (thankfully much less than joy and elation) and my bumbling fingers grow into nifty fingers, not that nifty, but definitely much improved. I'll be taking some shots of my new beads and charms that have arrived today from Karin and generous Jacqueline from Angelicious Creations. Of course a sneak peek at the works that will be out a-trooping at Cineleisure this Friday. The preparations have been mad, well actually the preparations aren't that mad, just the juggling of school work on top of this that has been totally insane. I've roped in my brother to cut my namecards, in exchange for a small fee. If I can sort out the logistical issues of bringing down my kits and stuff, customizations will be available. In the meantime a lovely photo from a talented glass artist, Sarah Hornik. Very pretty and lovely, but exceedingly out of my budget for now. Hopefully we are inching towards it, oh pretty beads.....
